Dan and his wife, Kim, are proud parents of five children and reside on their family farm in Eaton, Ohio. With a deep commitment to both business and agriculture, Dan owns Catron's Glass in Richmond, Indiana, and partners with his father in farming operations. Together, they cultivate corn, soybeans, and wheat, while also raising beef cattle and pigs.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Dan is a dedicated community leader, actively participating in various volunteer organizations and serving on multiple boards. His passion for community involvement extends to coaching his children's sports teams, where he enjoys nurturing their athletic and personal growth. Dan's life is a testament to hard work, family values, and a strong sense of community.
